The rooms we amazing, friendly staff and very helpful. Free essential things at the reception ( free toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable razor and soap and a few other bits too). I would happily stay again but it's a bit too far out from the city centre. Would need a taxi if you don't drive. Clean bedding, comfy beds,breakfast was of good quality. Highly recommend the pizzas they do as they are amazing.
Standard size hotel room with ample space. Although heating system slightly dated, the room which contained a TV has ample room and a small kettle. The bathroom was a good size with clean, showers and WC. Breakfast was from 6.30am to 10am which I used once, as a quick snack there was ample selection to get you going for the start of the day.
Great location, rooms, shower, breakfast and bar all great. Staff really helpful. The only downside was that the room was very hot and I only found out on leaving that I could've asked for a fan. It would've been nice if I was told about that when I signed in.
We had a pleasant stay in this friendly hotel, it was clean tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing that my wife and i commented on was that it would have been nice to have a couple of packs of biscuits on the tray along with the tea and coffee supplied.
Came to make use of a meeting room for a business meeting. Very good room layout. Good level of seating ratio to room space, so did not feel cluttered or cramped. Break facilities good with free vending machine Car park spaces are well sized, plenty of electric chargers as well, just remember to register your vehicle as you enter the building to ensure your free parking allowance is registered and that you don't get a £10 parking fine. The signage on this is very visible and easy to read, there are no apps to download or telephone numbers to call, you just need to go to the reception.
It's budget so meals aren't cooked on site except i think breakfast there is no fridge so we bought a cool box, they will put blocks in their freezer for you, they do microwave meals and there is a bar! There is what lokked to be a very nice place to eat just across the car park and shops nearby via car! Staff were great and very helpful We hadv4 cats with us and theh were very accommodating!
Basic hotel, with a surprisingly spacious room and comfortable bed. Very dog friendly too. The pillows for my taste are too soft, but that's my personal preference. Everywhere is extremely clean and tidy. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. The chap on our first night, sadly I can't remember his name, he was an absolute star.
I just want to say after a recent stay how accommodating the staff at this hotel were. Tom and John were polite, helpful and nothing was too much for them. I have stayed at many hotel including some of the more expensive competition but his hands down was the best experience me and my girlfriend have had. Thank you so much guys. And we will be staying again and telling everyone to stay at the Ibis.
